Visual Fields

At our clinic, we use visual field testing, a technology based on the recognition of a series of light stimuli of varying sizes, which are projected by the diagnostic system. The test actually examines not central vision (i.e., how well we see) but peripheral vision (i.e., how well we perceive our surroundings). The visual field test is directly linked to the diagnosis and monitoring of glaucoma, as well as to the investigation of neurological conditions. The entire procedure is completely painless and takes about 10 minutes.
